Methods and Techniques:
This mixed media painting collage is created on a cradled aluminum composite panel. Layers of acrylics, ink, markers, pens, and spray paint are applied to wet-media polyester film to build depth and texture. The painted films are then cut, arranged, and collaged onto the panel, with additional layers of resin and paint added to enhance dimension and richness. A final coat of acrylic varnish protects the surface and adds a subtle sheen.
The result is a complex, multidimensional artwork where resin layers create a sense of cohesion and depth, while upper layers remain tactile and textural. The piece comes ready to hang with D-rings and wire, though professional framing will provide the most refined presentation.
